With all of today’s modern entertainment choices, who would want to listen to old-time radio shows from the 30s and 40s?

I would, for one. Believe it or not, thousands of people every day still enjoy listening to old-time radio shows.

Even though the shows were produced in the 30s and 40s, they are still a great form of entertainment. All of this time hasn’t diminished their entertainment value one bit. You like westerns? Then why not listen to the Lone Ranger for an afternoon? Believe me, the thrills and excitement are still there.

Do you like a good mystery? Then how about going along with Charlie Chan as he solves crimes and investigates mysteries? Old time radio has many thrilling mysteries to listen to.

If comedy is your thing, you can find many hilarious shows like “Father Knows Best” and “Fibber McGee & Molley”. I have spent so many enjoyable hours in my car listening to the antics of the cast of “Father Knows Best”. Just because the shows are old doesn’t mean they aren’t funny anymore. In fact they are wonderful.

So do yourself a favor and listen to some old time radio shows today. You’ll be glad you did.
